- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with extensive intra-city travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through field visits and networking.




- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Represent The Specialists professionally across client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily reports of client meetings and sales activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
