About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients,

building robust relationships, and driving sales growth for cloud solutions and SaaS products. This role involves on-the-ground sales efforts, including client meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success. If you have a passion for sales, technology,

Key responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential customers within the assigned

territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and customer

referrals.
- Present the company's products and services, understand customer requirements, and

provide suitable solutions.




- Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and

referrals
- Prepare sales reports, update customer information in the CRM, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

Who we are looking for

- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or B2B Sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions for client

meetings.
