Job Overview

- Position Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate

- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in field sales (Real Estate preferred)

- Education: Graduate in any stream

- Location: Field-based (Local territory travel required)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find new clients through field visits, local networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

- Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers, explaining layouts, pricing, and amenities.

- Client Relations: Understand customer needs and build long-lasting relationships to guide them from inquiry to booking.

- Channel Partners: Build and maintain networks with local real estate brokers and channel partners.

- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client objections, negotiate payment terms, and close property sales deals.

- Market Tracking: Keep updated on local market trends,



competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.

- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and update the CRM database.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.

- High energy, resilience against rejections, and a self-motivated approach.

- Good time management and route planning skills for daily field travel.

- Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler/transport.

Pay: ₹10,800.45 - ₹31,156.81 per month
