Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials such as cement, TMT steel, AAC blocks, tiles, pipes, waterproofing products, and other construction materials.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through field visits and client meetings. Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales. Follow up with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely deliveries. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).



1–3 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel for field sales. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
