Role Description The Field Sales Executive internship is a hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a combination of on-site customer visits and some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting retailers and distributors, presenting Snichein products, and building strong relationships to drive sales and product visibility.

The intern will support local market activation, gather feedback from customers, and assist in planning and executing promotions and sampling activities. Additional tasks include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records of visits and leads, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with brand objectives.

Qualifications





- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with field work, including regular visits to retailers, distributors, and event locations in and around Jaipur.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and negotiation, or a strong interest in learning these skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare simple reports, and follow up on leads consistently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment with limited supervision.
- Interest in healthy food, FMCG, or consumer products, with the ability to clearly explain product benefits to customers.
- Comfort using smartphones and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for communication and reporting.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with solid motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel locally as required and availability to work flexible hours aligned with market needs.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
