Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Plywood

Job Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plywood shops, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
- Promote the company’s range of plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, and related products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates to management.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- Graduate (preferred).




- 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in plywood, laminates and hardware.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
