Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting jewellery manufacturers and dealers, promoting our range of jewellery manufacturing tools and consumables, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and close coordination with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify new business opportunities, cold call, and generate leads to expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, face-to-face relationships with clients.

Presentations & Demos: Deliver product/service demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed monthly/annual targets. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and provide feedback to management.





Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities, pipelines, and revenue in CRM software.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Gewellery Manufacturing Tools, field sales role.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in jewellery-related products/consumable, industrial tools, machinery)

Robust communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the jewellery manufacturing industry is an added advantage

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach

Ability to travel locally for client meetings

Industry Preference

Jewellery / Gems & Stones Industry (preferred)
