Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Sanitaryware

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement

Location

Candidates can be based in any of the following cities and will be responsible for covering nearby markets within a 100 km radius.

Haryana: Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal

Uttar Pradesh: Ghaziabad, Meerut, Agra

Uttarakhand: Dehradun, Haridwar, Haldwani

Rajasthan: Jaipur, Alwar

About the Role

Nalka Metals Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our Sanitaryware business across North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating sales, maintaining robust customer relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory.

· Visit dealers, retailers, sanitaryware showrooms, hardware stores, builders, contractors, and project sites regularly.

· Identify and generate new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.





· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market expansion.

· Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

· Coordinate with distributors for order execution and payment collection.

· Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

· Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria

· 1–3 years of field sales experience.

· Experience in Sanitaryware, Bathware, Tiles, Hardware, Plumbing, Building Materials, or Construction Products is preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

· Graduate preferred; 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
