We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and building long-term client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet prospective customers and explain Bellway Realtech's real estate projects.

Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients. Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking. Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the booking process.

Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer support. Maintain daily records of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Robust negotiation and convincing abilities. Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.



Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. 1–3 years of experience in field sales or real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
