Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell solar energy solutions in assigned territories. This is a field sales role involving customer interaction, lead generation, product explanation, and closing sales. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.

Promote and explain solar products to residential and commercial customers. Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site visits. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets.





Maintain customer records and submit daily/monthly sales reports. Coordinate with installation, documentation, and finance teams for smooth project execution. Travel within the assigned territory as required.

EligibilityGraduate/Post Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, MSW, or equivalent). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates from rural and Tier-3 locations are encouraged. Willing to work in field sales.

RequirementsFluency in the local language (mandatory). Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory). Positive communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local area is an added advantage.

Strong time management and customer handling skills.
