KrishiDukan is an AgriTech platform connecting farmers, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers across Maharashtra. Along with building a digital marketplace for agriculture, we also market and distribute our own range of high-quality agricultural products under the Karan Arjun brand.
We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Indapur region by growing both our retailer network and product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit agriculture retailers, dealers, and distributors across Indapur and nearby areas.
Onboard retailers onto the KrishiDukan platform.
Promote and sell Karan Arjun agricultural products.
Build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
Ensure excellent retailer support and follow-up.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in agriculture sales, agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, or FMCG sales.
Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
Passion for field sales and relationship building.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
