?? Job Role:
- Hire and onboard Blue Collar employees (Delivery Associates/Riders).
- Conduct field sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with local vendors and hiring partners.
- Ensure daily hiring targets are achieved.
✅ Preferred Candidate:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work.
- Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.
