Location: Jaipur Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: As per company standards Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for field and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, and achieving hiring targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and field visits.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns.

Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.





Build relationships with placement agencies, colleges, and local recruitment sources.

Achieve monthly recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years in Field Recruitment or Bulk Hiring.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
