₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives

?‍? Job Role:

Hire and onboard Blue Collar employees (Delivery Associates/Riders).

Conduct field sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.

Coordinate with local vendors and hiring partners.

Ensure daily hiring targets are achieved.

✅ Preferred Candidate:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field work.

Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.
