Designation- Executive- Recruiter (Gig Worker)

Mandatory - Bike The role includes conducting field recruitment drives, visiting sourcing locations, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely manpower deployment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field recruitment drives and source blue-collar candidates through local networks, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely joining and onboarding.
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
- Maintain recruitment records, hiring reports, and candidate follow-ups to reduce dropouts.
- Be comfortable with extensive field travel and represent the company professionally during hiring activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in blue-collar, bulk, or field recruitment, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain, or staffing.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring Drivers, Helpers, Pickers, Loaders,



Warehouse Staff, or other frontline workforce through field hiring, referrals, and local networks.
- Hands-on experience in conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, managing recruitment databases, and achieving hiring targets.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and capable of building strong candidate pipelines and local hiring networks.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, and field recruitment strategies.
- Ability to build strong local hiring networks, manage candidate pipelines, and achieve recruitment targets.
- Proficient in candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment documentation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with Operations and HR.
