Key Responsibilities

- Engage with walk-in customers at RAYY partner venues
- Explain the advantages of discovering and booking activities through the RAYY app
- Help customers download, register, and complete their bookings
- Achieve daily targets for app downloads and successful bookings
- Promote ongoing offers and encourage digital bookings
- Coordinate with venue teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Submit daily reports covering customer interactions, downloads, and bookings
- Represent RAYY professionally at all times
