Role & Responsibilities

- Onboard new E-Rickshaw captains in assigned areas.
- Assist captains with app download, registration, and KYC.
- Explain Rapido advantages, incentives, and referral programs.
- Ensure captains complete their first ride.
- Verify documents and maintain quality onboarding.
- Submit daily reports and attendance through the Unolo App.
- Conduct field visits and captain engagement activities.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic smartphone knowledge
- Field sales/onboarding experience preferred
- Willing to travel locally
