Role Responsibilities:
- Perform minimum 15 customer visits daily for MA and DA cases
- Update visit feedback, remarks, and house photos on the MUCH app
- Ensure DA conversion of 50% and MA resolution of 47% or as per business targets
- Follow e-receipt process and timely deposit collections with proof
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of field collections experience
- Familiarity with mobile apps for reporting and visit tracking
- Solid discipline in adhering to customer handling and conduct guidelines
- Ability to meet daily and monthly field performance metrics
