Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Field

Engineer will visit client locations to install, configure, and maintain solar energy systems, IT infrastructure, network and security equipment, and CCTV solutions.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, resolving technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with project teams, documenting work performed, preparing basic reports, and following company and client standards.





The Field

Engineer will also communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and support smooth project execution.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess solid Field Service and Project Management skills to manage installations, maintenance activities, and basic project timelines.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and document service activities.

Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions, with attention to safety and compliance.

Basic knowledge of solar energy systems, IT infrastructure, networking, and CCTV technologies is preferred.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, electrical, or IT-related fields is beneficial.

Prior experience in field engineering or technical service roles will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel locally as required and to work flexible hours based on project needs.
