Job Responsibilities

We're seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to manage on-site software deployments and provide technical support across the Coimbatore region. You'll be our representative ensuring successful KanakuNote implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include

- Conduct on-site software installations and configurations

- Provide technical training to client end-users

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field

- Gather customer requirements and provide solutions

- Maintain documentation of deployments and configurations

- Build strong client relationships and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

- 2-4 years of field support or deployment experience

- Strong technical knowledge of software deployments

- Knowledge of networking, databases, and server setup

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore region
- A driver's license is preferred

- Knowledge of billing/accounting software is a plus
