- We are looking for a motivated Field Collections Executive to join our banking team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers through field visits while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers
- Negotiate payment terms with customers to ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments collected
- Provide excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues effectively
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities




- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections

Skills and Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in field collections or a related role
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of banking products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
