Role Description The Field Assistant role at Nath Bio-Genes is a full-time, on-site position based in Basti.

The Field

Assistant will support field-level activities, including monitoring crop performance, assisting in demonstration plots, and collecting data from farmers and trial fields.

Responsibilities include coordinating with local farmers and dealers, helping organize field demonstrations and meetings, and providing feedback from the field to the sales and R&D; teams. The role also involves maintaining records of field visits, supporting promotional activities,



and ensuring timely reporting on crop conditions and product performance.

The Field

Assistant will collaborate closely with senior field staff to implement company plans in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of agriculture, seeds, or crop management, preferably with a diploma or degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with farmers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess positive observational and data collection skills, with the ability to maintain accurate field records and reports.
- Candidates should possess ability to work independently in rural field conditions, including willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation; familiarity with mobile apps or digital tools for data entry is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess local language proficiency and understanding of regional farming practices; prior field experience in agri-inputs or seeds is preferred.
