Excellent communication skills with a strong problem-solving attitude.

Positive knowledge of computer networking, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot on-site technical faults efficiently.

Capable of supporting pre-sales technical discussions and delivering customer presentations.

Ability to install, configure, demonstrate, and successfully conduct product demonstrations for NTP Servers and NTP Clocks.

· Provide post-sales technical support, including system installation, user training, commissioning, and successful handover of the system.

· Work closely with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, support, and demonstrations as required.
