Review daily shipment requirements and customer orders.
Create and release Delivery Notes (DNs) to trigger shipment execution.
Ensure on-time DN creation for customer orders meeting shipment criteria.
Resolve DN creation issues related to sales blocks, trade compliance, routing, and inventory availability.

Management
Conduct daily backlog reviews.
Ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to support customer orders.
Work with supply planning teams to resolve shortages, CCR mismatches, and late supply with AI Tools
Coordinate lot expediting, labeling, split/merge requests, and pullback activities. 3.
Inventory
Management
Monitor FG inventory health and aging inventory.
Drive inventory disposition activities (IDS).
Optimize inventory turnover while maintaining customer service levels.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage storage capacity and shipment readiness.
- Labeling, Repackaging & Material Management
Review customer-specific labeling requirements.
Initiate relabeling and repackaging processes when required.
Coordinate with warehouse and labeling teams to ensure correct product configuration before shipment.
Support pullback and rework activities to meet shipment requirements. 5.

Monitor shipment capacity forecasts.
Drive pack-ahead activities for critical revenue shipments.
Support quarter-end shipment execution and management reporting.
Identify and communicate shipment risks impacting revenue attainment.

Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, or Finished Goods Operations.
Knowledge of customer order fulfillment and shipment processes.
