Role & responsibilities

- Handle Walkin Facilities : arrange the entire "Walk-In Drive" lifecycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience and productive hiring for clients
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Execute strategic outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn messaging, and networking) to connect with decision-makers, CHROs, and hiring managers.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source qualitative profiles from job portals, social media,



and the internal database.

Preferred candidate profile SDP HR Solution often looks for "smart, confident, and energetic" professionals who can handle high-volume recruitment.

- Educational Background:
- Graduates or Post-Graduates (MBA-HR, M.Com, BBA, B.Com, or even BE/MCA /BSC/MSC for Admin and hr recruitement roles).

- Experience Level:
- Freshers: Open to entry-level candidates for trainee or junior roles (03 years).
- Experienced: Candidates with a background in hiring / recruitment for Manufacturing, Sales, or IT/BPO sectors are highly preferred. 2+ yearsexperiece most preferred.

- Key Skills:
- Communication: Fluency in English and strong verbal/non-verbal communication skills are critical.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting) and familiarity with job portals.
- Soft Skills: High passion, positive attitude, excellent time management, and a systematic approach to multitasking.
