About the Internship

SucSEED is looking for a Compliance & Fund Accounting Fellow for a 12-month full-time fellowship based out of Hyderabad. The fellowship is designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in venture capital fund operations, regulatory compliance, governance, financial reporting, and fund accounting. It offers hands-on exposure to venture capital fund operations, regulatory compliance, governance processes, financial reporting, and fund accounting within an institutional investment workplace.

The fellow will work closely with the Finance, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Leadership teams across various operational, reporting, regulatory, and execution-related initiatives involved in running a venture capital platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in fund accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.

- Support SEBI and IFSC AIF compliance, governance, regulatory tracking, and operational coordination processes.

- Assist in preparation and maintenance of MIS reports, investment trackers, capital account statements, and fund documentation.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, fund administrators, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.

- Support investor onboarding documentation, reporting, and compliance-related workflows.

- Assist in tracking regulatory filings, documentation timelines, and operational processes.

- Work on data management, reporting accuracy, and process execution across fund operations.

- Support preparation of presentations, reports, compliance summaries, and financial analysis as required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for highly detail-oriented, disciplined,



and execution-focused individuals who are interested in building a career in finance, compliance, fund operations, governance, or venture capital.

Ideal candidates would

- Be pursuing CA / CA Inter / CS / CS Executive or completed B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or related qualifications.

- Have a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, compliance processes, governance, and financial statements.

- Possess strong working knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and documentation management.

- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.

- Have strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Be comfortable handling confidential financial, operational, and compliance-related information.

- Be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

- Prior exposure to accounting, audit, compliance, secretarial, taxation, or finance operations would be an advantage.

- Be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate and work from the office.
