Role Description The F&B; Server is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering items accurately and promptly. The F&B; Server ensures tables are set and maintained, coordinates with the kitchen and bar to manage orders, and supports opening and closing duties such as cleaning, restocking, and preparing service stations.

The position includes handling guest queries, recommending menu items,



processing payments, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The F&B; Server contributes to a welcoming atmosphere and consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an understanding of menu items and basic food safety practices.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to work effectively within a diverse team and maintain a positive work environment.

Relevant experience in restaurants, bars, or hotels is beneficial, especially in a fast-paced F&B; setting.

Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and handle multiple tables efficiently.

Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards are advantageous
