Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Beverage Associate to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests in dining and beverage service areas ensuring a memorable guest experience You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of food presentation cleanliness and hospitality Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards Respond to guest inquiries requests or complaints with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including resetting tables and managing side duties Monitor and maintain stock levels informing supervisors of shortages Follow all health hygiene and safety regulations at all times Process payments and operate the POS Point of Sale system accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Assist in setting up for events buffets or special functions when required Qualifications Skills Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service roles preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a strong attention to detail Positive attitude teamwork-oriented and strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety practices Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
