Location: KALISTA Store, Chattarpur, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, premium in-store experience.
- Understand each client’s occasion, preferences, and budget to curate personalized looks.
- Style customers across our collections, including festive wear, occasion wear, and bridal ensembles.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including fabrics, silhouettes, fits, and styling techniques.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the alterations and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Capture customer details and maintain regular follow-ups through CRM/WhatsApp.
We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or ethnic wear sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of style and an eye for fashion.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
- Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons.
