Qualification : Design Graduate (NIFT mandatory) Role Overview:
We are looking for an NIFT-qualified Fashion Designer with 2–4 years of experience in men’s/women's activewear/sportswear. The role involves trend research, designing seasonal collections, developing concepts and mood boards, creating tech packs, and working on garment details and graphics. Strong knowledge of activewear construction and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Research Indian and global fashion, sportswear, and athleisure trends to develop innovative product concepts.
Design seasonal collections for the men's/ women's activewear, and other required products .
Develop mood boards, color stories, fabric directions, print concepts, trims, and graphic placements.
Prepare detailed Tech Packs with garment specifications, construction details, measurements, artworks etc
Ensure products align with brand positioning, market trends, customer preferences, and commercial objectives.
Required skills Robust understanding of men's activewear and sportswear construction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
