Role Description The Factory Worker role at Maxwell Slitter Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajpura. This role involves operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of rotary slitter knives, separator discs, metal bonded spacers, and shearing blades. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, monitoring production processes, performing basic measurements and quality checks, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

The Factory

Worker is expected to maintain cleanliness around the work area, support routine maintenance activities,



and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. The position may also require handling finished products, packaging, and assisting in inventory-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
