Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and administration of our campus/building facilities. The ideal candidate should possess an NCC 'C' Certificate (preferred) with proven experience in building and facility management, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall maintenance and operation of buildings and campus infrastructure.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and landscaping activities.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on time.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related works.
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure statutory compliance related to fire safety, electrical systems, lifts, generators, pollution control, and other facility requirements.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend improvements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor work completion.
- Manage facility budgets, purchase requirements, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Handle space allocation, office setup, and infrastructure planning.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain asset records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services, including electricity, water supply,



sewage systems, and DG backup.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address facility-related requirements.
- Lead and motivate the facility support team to maintain high service standards.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Administration, or a related discipline.
- NCC 'C' Certificate is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Fire & Safety, Facility Management, or Building Maintenance will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Building, Campus, or Facility Management.
- Experience in educational institutions, hospitals, corporate offices, or large commercial facilities is preferred.

- Budget planning and cost control.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle emergencies and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management documentation.

- Possession of NCC 'C' Certificate.
- Disciplined, physically fit, and capable of managing large campuses.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to be available during emergencies or after office hours when required.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
