Location: North Goa Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of Rainforest Luxury Villas under our management. The role focuses on maintaining common areas, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring our managed properties are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and operations of common areas within our properties and assigned luxury properties.

Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardening, and other support service providers.

Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and managed properties to identify maintenance requirements.

Respond promptly to maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Maintain maintenance records, reports, inventories, and service schedules.





Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Assist the Facilities Manager in delivering efficient property operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

Valid driving licence and own transport preferred.

Flexibility to work according to operational requirements.

Experience working with residential societies, gated communities, luxury villas, hotels, commercial properties, or property management companies will be an advantage.
