Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise Formulation & Development (F&D;) activities and monitor the work of operators and assistant operators within the designated area at the site.
- Conduct literature and patent searches and review them according to product and formulation requirements.
- Perform innovator and market sample characterization for product comparison and development reference.
- Plan and execute day-to-day F&D; trials for Domestic, ROW, and other regulatory markets.
- Lead formulation development activities, including lab-scale development, scale-up, technology transfer, and exhibit batch manufacturing.
- Plan and conduct pre-formulation studies to support new product development.
- Execute development trials to achieve desired critical quality attributes (CQAs) and manage stability batch manufacturing.




- Identify and implement improvements in existing formulations and explore opportunities for current dosage forms.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects related to formulation development and technology transfer.
- Coordinate with the Analytical Department for analysis and testing of developed formulations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including Product Development Reports (PDRs), Master Formula Records (MFRs), and Technology Transfer documents.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards during all stages of formulation and development.
