We are seeking an experienced External Reporting Manager to join our team.

The External Reporting

Manager will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating financial information to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data




- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in external reporting, accounting, or finance
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP or Oracle
