Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Manager role based in Morbi.

The Export Sales

Manager will oversee international sales activities, including identifying new markets, developing relationships with distributors and clients, and managing key accounts across regions. The role involves preparing and executing export sales plans, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Manager will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.



The position also includes participation in trade shows, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning and International Business to develop and implement effective export strategies.

Candidates should possess skills in Export and International Sales to manage overseas markets, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess robust Sales skills to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and negotiate contracts.

Relevant experience in tile, building materials, or related industries is beneficial.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; additional international languages are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Morbi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or export management tools is beneficial.
