We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Export Marketing Executive to develop international business opportunities, manage export sales, and build strong relationships with overseas customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
- Handle export inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Communicate with overseas clients through email, phone, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare export-related documents and maintain customer records.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and shipments.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export marketing or international sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is preferred.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
