We manufacture carbon brushes and industrial components in Mumbai, serving clients across Europe, Middle East, Africa and the US. We need an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to be the operational link between our sales, production and logistics. What you'll own:

Acknowledge and manage RFQs from existing accounts

Follow up with production on order status, relay updates to customers

Prepare estimates, sales orders and invoices

Handle export paperwork and documentation

Book and track international shipments (DHL, Aramex)

Resolve shipment issues as they arise

Review client NDAs What we need:

2–4 years in export/sales coordination, ideally in manufacturing or industrial products

Fluent, confident English — you're the voice our overseas clients hear

Comfortable using AI tools to manage multiple moving parts
