Desired skills

- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
- Must know how to close their own calls.· Valuable communication skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.

Salary

Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC)
