Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced React Developer based in Noida.

The React

Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces for complex EHS and ESG applications using React and related front-end technologies. Daily responsibilities include implementing reusable components, managing application state, integrating APIs, and collaborating with back-end and product teams to deliver performant, secure,



and scalable features. The role involves reviewing and optimizing existing code, writing unit and integration tests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback. The developer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and product release timelines, with an expectation of immediate joining.

Qualifications

- Robust front-end development skills with React, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience in application state management using Redux.js or similar state management libraries.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to back-end web development concepts, RESTful APIs, and integration with server-side services.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and join immediately.
