Job Summary

Domicile Constructions & Services is urgently seeking a highly attentive, punctual, and accountable Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience. The role requires direct supervision of residential construction and road works at our Cherlapally site. The ideal candidate must be locally based, possess strong technical drawing interpretation skills, and be capable of managing site operations, material procurement, and vendor coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management & Execution: Lead and control daily site operations for residential structures and road infrastructure projects.
- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and execute structural drawings, architectural plans, elevation layouts, and utility blueprints accurately on-site.
- Work Supervision: Supervise sub-contractors and site labor for rebar bending, shuttering, concrete pours, masonry, plastering, and road sub-base/pavement laying.
- Material Procurement & Local Sourcing: Roam local Hyderabad supplier hubs to select, negotiate, purchase, and verify the quality of raw construction materials.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with structural specifications, safety protocols, and relevant Indian Standard (IS) codes.
- Documentation & Progress Reports: Maintain accurate daily site logs, labor attendance, material intake/wastage reports,



and Measurement Book (MB) entries.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience:

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of verified field engineering experience in residential buildings and road construction.

Location & Mobility Terms (Strict Criteria):

- Proximity: Must reside within a 15 km radius of Cherlapally or be willing to relocate close to the site immediately at own expense.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for local market purchasing and operational errands.
- Allowances: No room, food, or conveyance allowance will be provided by the company. The salary is all-inclusive.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad vendor markets, material grading (sand, aggregate, cement, TMT steel, RMC), and local construction practices.
- Proficiency in using Auto Level and basic site surveying tools for level setting, line marking, and dimensional checks.
- Working knowledge of IS 456 (Concrete), IS 800, and MoRTH guidelines for road works.
