We are having an urgent opening for the position of Experience Center Manager for a reputed company in the Premium Furnishing Showroom at the Mumbai (Wadalal) location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
- Handle customer queries for furniture, Mahjong tiles, and cards and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom’s appeal.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in any showroom management / Hospitality / Aviation / Premium Category Customer-facing roles are mandatory.
- Robust customer handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead a team, multitask, and handle responsibilities efficiently
