We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to manage warehouse operations efficiently The candidate will handle inventory control stock movement documentation and support daily dispatch activities while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Key Responsibilities Receive goods verify quantities and inspect product quality Prepare pack and dispatch customer orders on time Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies Ensure warehouse organization cleanliness and safety compliance Coordinate with suppliers logistics partners and internal departments Follow proper storage methods like FIFO FEFO for stock rotation Operate warehouse tools pallet jacks trolleys scanners if required Manage documentation billing and shipment paperwork Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management Skills Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations mandatory Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch processes Basic computer skills Excel billing software inventory systems Valuable communication teamwork and time management skills Ability to handle moderate physical tasks lifting moving goods Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and stock handling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
