Roles and responsibilities :-

The Management Trainee – Sales & Relationship Management will support the day-to-day sales, client servicing, and relationship management activities of the organization in a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The trainee will work closely with Senior Relationship Managers, gaining practical exposure to lead generation, client engagement, business development, and wealth management services.

Key responsibilities include generating leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting, coordinating with prospective clients, scheduling client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and client communications.



The trainee will also accompany Senior Relationship Managers to client meetings to gain hands-on experience in relationship management and client interactions while supporting day-to-day sales operations and backend coordination.

This structured training program is designed to help fresh graduates develop strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills while building a solid understanding of financial products, wealth management services, and relationship management practices. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, or any other Bachelor's degree); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a structured training environment.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented workplace.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work from Kolkata or relocate if required.
