- Tender search from different portals for the defined keywords

- Share the relevant tenders along with summary with the team

- Raising the queries / preparing pre-bid queries for submission

- GEM portal handing - Vendor Assessment, Uploading a product, releasing authorization codes etc

- Maintaining and updating MIS report. Maintain proper documentation and records of submitted tenders, awards, and contracts.

- Vendor Registration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to tender processes

- Stay updated with GeM policies, updates, and procurement guidelines

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel) and other relevant software tools





- Educational Requirement: BTech/B.E.

- Work Arrangement: Work From Office

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in International tenders would be an added advantage.

Valuable to have experience in:

- Detail Study, Analyzing and Evaluation of the tender document (EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP), preparing documents for tender participation

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for tender responses

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tender documents
