- Ensure the organization maintains a strong presence across key social media platforms by delivering high-quality, engaging, and creative content.
- Make sure that all blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases are engaging, aligned with brand guidelines, and consistently reflect the organization's voice and values
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, internal teams, external partners, and global communications team.
- Create content for press releases, newsletters, etc. by working with other stakeholders
- Create escalation procedures for handling unfortunate situations like bad publicity
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify opportunities to raise our corporate image through such relationships
- Respond to media queries and requests for interviews from press
- Write and/or edit leadership communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the Promoters and the Leadership Team
- Track the analytics for communication campaigns and use the data to create reports with actionable insights
- Manage our digital media gallery
