Duties and Responsibilities

- Duties and Responsibilities: Key Deliverables:

- Support field through troubleshooting on system

- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT

- Monthly hold clearance

- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team

- Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT

- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process

- Liaisoning with functional team - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gap
