- Responsible for execution of production area activity (filling machine, Sealing machine, External washing, vial washing depyogenration tunnel, steam sterilizer, filter integrity) as per GMP norms.
- Responsible for on time completion of batch filling and sealing activity.
- Responsible for record/daily documents and system implementation as per cGMP.
Reporting To (Designation) Immediate superior (Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily work completion as per production plan.
- Responsible for verification and checking of cleaning sanitization and fogging of Production area.
- Responsible for Participation in Media Fill activities.
- Responsible for allocation of manpower as per production plan.
- Responsible for impart process, procedural training to production person.
- Responsible for online completion of production area documents.
- Responsible for ensure the execution of process like loading and unloading of vials from lyophilizer, etc.
- Responsible for ensure operation and cleaning of equipment's like (filling machine, Sealing machine, External washing, vial washing depyogenration tunnel, steam sterilizer, filter integrity) as per define procedure.
- Responsible for offline and online NVPC.
- Responsible for immediate reporting of deviation to concern staff.
- Responsible for communication with internal external department.
- To perform any other jobs / works as and when assigned by HOD/ Designee / Concerned Staff.
