- Exploring and developing new vendors, identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors

- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers

- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs
