Alembic Pharmaceuticals is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Process Development Lab. If you have a strong background in organic chemistry, experience in lab experiments, literature search, and report preparation within a regulatory and GLP-compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive literature surveys to support process development and optimization.
- Execute laboratory experiments for the synthesis and scale-up of chemical processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate experimental documentation and prepare technical development reports.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and practical application of organic chemistry principles.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal quality and safety standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical process development.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology transfer and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical Process Development Lab.
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and impurity profiling.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, NMR will be an added advantage.
